Prayer
Do you pray? :-) We need your prayers!
- Pray that all would work out according to God's timing and that some hopes and dreams that we have about
when we would travel to China would be realized.
- Pray for our daughter that she be well cared for until she comes home.
- Pray for the other 99 children out of 100 orphaned in China that will never have a loving home outside of the
orphanage.
- Pray for our marriage and that we would be committed to strengthening it so that we would be examples for
our children.
- Pray for Nathaniel, Alexandra, Gabriel and Matthew that God would prepare them for another sibling.
- As you know we'd ultimately like two from China. Pray that our decision in what process to follow will provide
or that God change our hearts.
- Pray that all would go well with our dossier in China and for us during the waiting/anxious period.
- Pray for the other families in our group. There are about 15 or so in our group and we will be traveling with
about 4 groups. Pray that we would all bond well and that God would provide for all.
Pray for a Name . . .
We're considering different names for our new baby and are having a hard time deciding. Common practice
is to choose an American name for the first name of the child and then take the child's original first or middle
name as a middle name. We really like Aimee and Marissa (Marisa).

Pray for our Finances . . .
As you know adoption is VERY expensive. $22,000 added to a year's budget would cause anyone some
concern and we are no different. Pray that God would provide (and we know He will).
